The data shows the number of new listings are at their lowest since December. This is great news if you’re selling your home right now. Plus there are 99 closed sales, which remains close to the top for this year
Average & Median Sale Price
“It’s a great time to buy a home” claims every real estate commercial today (and really, ever). Look at the average and median sale price in Woodbury take a nose dive over the last two months and this statement may actually be true. Promising news for buyers looking for a good deal.
